Brightenly provides a cloud-based CRM and productivity platform for freelancers and small businesses, including:

Gmail synchronization and messaging
Lead and project management
Automated data organization with AI
Digital contracts via Docuseal
Payments via Stripe
Notifications via Postmark

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription tiers. Details are available on our pricing page.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed via Stripe Payments Japan K.K.

5.3 Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

6. Use of the Service

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

All content, features, and functionality of Brightenly are owned by Brightenly K.K. and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to 3 months of fees paid.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be resolved in the Tokyo District Court.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
