Getting Started
Simply click "Signup for Free" and enter your email address. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account, then you can start setting up your workspace.
Go to Settings > Integrations and click "Connect Gmail". You'll be redirected to Google to authorize the connection. We only access the data you explicitly grant permission for.
Brightenly integrates with Gmail for email sync, Stripe for payments, Docuseal for digital contracts, and uses Azure OpenAI for intelligent lead scoring and automation.
Billing & Pricing
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe integration. Payment is processed immediately upon subscription.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will apply after cancellation.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Security & Privacy
Absolutely. We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit. Our platform has passed Google's CASA Tier 2 security assessment for Gmail integrations.
We access email headers (From, To, Subject), message content, and attachments that you authorize. This data is used to display emails in your CRM, link them to client records, and generate insights. You can disconnect at any time.
Yes, you can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support. When you disconnect Gmail, synced data is deleted within 30 days.
